Activité scientifique : Étude sur des interactions entre les micro−organismes du réseau microbien marin (virus, bactéries, phytoplancton et proto−zooplancton) ainsi que sur les effets des forçages abiotiques environnementaux dont ceux liés au changement global sur ces derniers, en me focalisant sur certains processus biologiques clés (croissance, mortalité, production et respiration) par le bais d’expérimentation (notamment en mésocosmes in situ) et d’observations en lagune (SO REC-THAU, etc.) et en mer (SNO SOMLIT-Sète, SNO COAST-HF Sète, etc.).
