From 17 to 23 september 2022, "FUTURES OF THE OCEAN, SEAS AND COASTLINES"

This conference https://cerisy-colloques.fr/futursocean2022/ aims to conduct a collective intelligence reflection on current issues related to the sea and the coast. Its objectives will be threefold:

  1. to clarify the long-term challenges of the sea and coastlines in France, the EU and the world;
  2. to cross-reference the approaches of multiple disciplines to these issues in order to better understand the complexity of the systems involved and to bring out the major themes of research, training and awareness-raising that will enable the dynamics of the ocean to be understood and promoted on various scales;
  3. Finally, to outline the possible futures of these vital environments and discern the choices that determine their sustainability.

Organised by Agathe EUZEN (CNRS), Antoine FRÉMONT (CNAM) & Denis LACROIX (Ifremer), it is
