Christophe Leboulanger (IRD, MARBEC), a marine microorganism ecologist, was, from 2017 to 2019, co-leader of a study on the contamination of protected areas in the Emerald Arc, the Pongara and Akanda national parks, which are subject to pressures generated by the development of Libreville.
He will present this film which describes how to manage the galloping demography, global changes, risks of erosion, pollution and flooding of the Gabonese capital, while preserving the national parks and protected areas that surround and protect it.
